Agreement template
Permission to be on somebody's land for a hunt: the areas, the vehicles, the boundaries and the lodging that goes with it.
Not a sample we wrote for this page. This is the document the product puts in your account, as a draft, the moment you say what you do.
Name your trade during setup — hunting guides, outfitters and lodges — and this is waiting for you, already written, in your words, with the blanks marked and the points a lawyer settles flagged for one. Edit it, or paste in what you already use. It is a starting point and not legal advice: the wording is yours to change and your attorney's to check.
Read off the document itself, so this list cannot drift away from what the document actually asks for.
business name · guest name · property name · arrival date · departure date · party members · lodging name · quiet hours start · quiet hours end · processing terms · cancellation terms
11 blanks. They are filled once per send, from what you already know or from your own system through the API. They go into the document; they do not change its wording, and what somebody signed is the version they were shown.
These are the notes already written into the document, not our opinion about the law where you operate. The product refuses to send a document with one still in it, which is the point of them.
check the trespass and boundary-marking rules where you operate, and whether this agreement should say who is responsible for a client's trespass.
SignSealer does not give legal advice and this document is not legal advice. What it does is put the questions in front of you before somebody signs, rather than after.
The real text, with the blanks shown as blanks and the notes above lifted out so they are read rather than skimmed past.
Property Access and Lodge Agreement
business name gives guest name access to property name from arrival date to departure date, for the purposes set out here.
1. What the access is. Permission to be on the property for the hunt booked, in the areas the guide shows me, during the hours agreed. It is permission and not a lease, it is personal to me, and it ends on the departure date or sooner if business name withdraws it.
2. Guests and vehicles. Only the people named here may come with me: party members. Vehicles stay on the roads and tracks shown, and off-road machines are driven only where and when the guide permits, at the speeds posted, with the safety equipment provided.
3. The property. I will close gates behind me, leave livestock and equipment alone, take my rubbish and spent cases out, and keep fires only where business name allows and never during a burn ban. I am responsible for damage I cause to the property, its buildings, its stands and its equipment.
4. Boundaries. I will stay inside the boundaries the guide shows me and off any neighbouring land, and I understand that crossing a boundary is a trespass that is mine and not business name's.
5. Lodging. If lodging is included, the rooms and facilities at lodging name are for the party named, quiet hours run from quiet hours start to quiet hours end, and damage beyond ordinary use is charged as posted.
6. Game care and shipping. Care, processing and shipping of game are as agreed at processing terms and are charged separately unless the booking says otherwise.
7. Cancellation and weather. Deposits, cancellation and what happens when weather closes the hunt are as set out at cancellation terms. A hunt that goes ahead and produces nothing is still a hunt.
By signing I confirm that I have read this, understood it, and meant to sign it.

A rental with named operators, a check-out briefing, an operating area and the call to make before accepting a tow.
One page for work beyond what was agreed: what changed, what it costs, and a signature before anybody carries on.
A berth for a season: the vessel, the insurance, the lines and fenders, the storm plan and who is responsible for what.
The agreement that sets who may use a piece of equipment, for how long, and what happens if it is damaged, lost or late back.
Letting somebody else use your hall, field or room for a date, with the cleaning, the alcohol, the insurance and the damage settled first.
The boarding or daycare agreement: the stay, the animal's needs, vaccination, behaviour and what happens if nobody collects them.
