There is no cookie banner on this site, and that is not an oversight. We set no advertising or analytics cookie, load no third-party script, embed no font from somebody else's server, and run no tracker. Consent is required for storage that is not strictly necessary, and there is none — so asking would be asking permission for something we do not do.
Only what is needed for something you asked for:
| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A short-lived session while a signing page is open | Signing a document | Holding your place while you read and sign, so a refresh does not lose what you have done. |
| ops_session, on ops.signsealer.com only | Staff sign-in | Keeping a member of SignSealer staff signed in to our own tools. |
No analytics. No advertising identifier. No fingerprinting. No pixel from a social network. No content delivery network in front of these pages that would see your address.
These pages fetch nothing from anybody else. The styles are inside the document, the logo is drawn in it, and the photographs are served from signsealer.com — so opening the developer tools shows requests to this domain and to no other. That is the part that matters: nobody but us learns which of these pages you read, and we are not counting.
The signing pages are stricter still: they carry a content security
policy of default-src 'none', cannot be framed, and are marked
no-store — because the URL of a signing link is itself a
credential.
It might: an analytics tool would tell us which of these pages actually helps somebody decide. If it does, a banner appears before anything is stored, your answer is recorded against the version of this page you read, and this table stops saying "none". We would rather write that sentence now than quietly add a tag later.
If you left an email address, we hold it and the date you gave it. You can ask for a copy or ask us to delete it — no account needed, and no explanation required.
