SignSealer reviews: what people who use it say.

Including the ones that are not five stars. A fair complaint with a considered reply reads better than a wall of praise, and everybody reading it knows that.

There are no reviews here yet, and we are not going to write any. SignSealer is new. When customers have used it long enough to have an opinion worth reading, theirs will be here — including the critical ones, with our reply beside them rather than instead of them.

How this page works

Reviews are moderated. Here is exactly what that means, because "moderated" usually means something worse than this.

We cannot edit a review. Not the rating, not the title, not the words, not the name. The database refuses the change — this is a constraint rather than a policy, because a policy is what you have until the afternoon somebody is under pressure.
We can decline to publish one, and when we do we have to record why. That is for the obvious cases: something that names a third party, something that is not about the product, a duplicate.
We can reply, in public, in our own name. That is the better answer to a fair complaint than not publishing it, and it is what we do.
Verified means the person was signed in to a SignSealer account when they wrote it. It is taken from the session, never from anything they typed.
