Including if it went badly. We cannot edit what you write — the database refuses it — so we will either publish it, decline with a reason recorded, or publish it with a reply.
Somebody reads it. If it is about the product it gets published, usually within a couple of days, with your name and what you do beside it. If we do not publish it we have to record why. If you are signed in to a SignSealer account it is marked as coming from a verified customer; if not, it says that too.
We cannot change a word of it. That is enforced by the database rather than promised by us.
