Pricing
However many people signed it. A five-party contract is not five times our cost, and a waiver is exactly one — so the tiers stay honest and nothing can be inflated by resending.
$0 / month
Enough to run a season on, if you are small.
$49 / month
The one most people are on.
$0 / month
No monthly fee. Higher per agreement.

Volume pricing, white label, AATL seals.
A campground that opens in April should not pay in February. Pausing keeps your account, your templates and every piece of evidence you have made — it stops the monthly fee and bills agreements at the pay-as-you-go rate instead, so a document you send in the off-season still works. Cancelling would be cheaper for us to build and worse for you, because coming back would mean starting again.
Everything expensive is passed through rather than buried in the tier, because a cheap tier that hides an expensive input is a tier that gets withdrawn.
| What | Rate | When you pay for it |
|---|---|---|
| SMS | 2¢ per segment | Only if you send signing links by text. |
| One-time passcodes | 5¢ per verification | When you need more than an email link. |
| ID document checks | $1.50 per check | Where the agreement warrants it. |
| AATL seals | $1 per seal | A publicly trusted certificate on the PDF. |
| AI drafting | 25¢ per run | Drafting a template from a brief. |
No per-user fee. Charging per seat means a campground with six seasonal staff pays more than one with two, for the same number of waivers. That is a pricing model that punishes hiring.
