White label

Your name on the signing page, and ours off the mail.

A guest signing your waiver should see your business, not a software company. White label puts your name where ours was, and your own domains finish the job: links on your host, mail from your address.

What white label does

Three things change, and one deliberately does not.

The signing page wears your name

The bar at the top of every signing page and public form shows your business's name instead of our lockup, and the line at the foot that says "Signed with SignSealer" is gone. Your logo, colour and footer line are already yours on every plan.

The mail stops naming us

Every message a signer gets ends with a line that says it was sent through SignSealer. With white label that line is gone. What stays is the one that says where to check the certificate.

Your own domains finish it

Our address is our name: mail from notifications@mail.signsealer.com still says SignSealer, and so does a link to signsealer.com/s/…. The domains add-on moves both onto hosts of yours, verified by DNS, and the From line drops the "via SignSealer".

What stays: the certificate, and where to check it

Anybody holding a signed document can check its certificate at signsealer.com/verify, with no account. That address is on the certificate and in the sealed PDF, and white label does not remove it. A signer's proof that the document has not changed cannot depend on which company's name is on the page; if it did, it would be branding rather than evidence, and the day somebody disputes a signature is the day that difference matters.

How to get it

It is sold, not switched on from a form. That is deliberate: a pricing tier enforced by a checkbox is not a tier.

Included on Scale

White label comes with the Scale plan, along with volume pricing on completed agreements and a named person who answers. On another plan it is by arrangement.

We switch it on

Once agreed, we turn it on for your business and record why. From the next page a signer opens and the next mail that goes out, the name is yours.

Add your domains

Under Settings, claim a signing host and a sending host. You add the DNS records; the worker checks them and switches each over only once it actually serves.
